Dan Ristuccia | Ensemble Instructor
Dan has been performing in various groups since the age of 13. While performances were geared toward the popular music of his youth (Punk, Grunge etc), Dan had always had his ear drawn toward the sound of the blues. Dan went on to enroll at the prestigious Berklee College of Music where he earned his degree in Guitar Performance. Studying with guitar greats such as Scott Tarulli and Julien Kasper, Dan realized the importance of transcribing and writing as a means to become the player you want to be. Since then he has performed and recorded with acts such as Boston's own "Margin Walker", New York's "Alana Amram and the Rough Gems" London Songwriter "Saul Ashby", and as a solo artist on the National Resonator guitar, bringing his own voice to his performances every time.
